Engagements are very important to our clients and us at AVNetwork! We require this service to be just as important to our suppliers.  Once a supplier accepts an engagement we rely on you to...

  • Print or have available Day Of Event Guide
  • Arrive onsite exactly on-time
  • Provide & setup equipment ordered
  • Organize & clear cables and tripping hazards
  • Meet with onsite clients when they arrive
  • Help setup clients computers & equipment
  • Demonstrate how to use your equipment
  • Confirm with client AV needs have been met
  • Return at end time to retrieve your equipment

In most cases you will be onsite for the first hour then you leave. Return to retrieve equipment after engagement. Its that simple!

Selected applicants will be invited for an virtual interview, during which we'll discuss your
business, services, and expectations in more detail.

  • Projector (3000-4000 Lumens short throw - Bright & Clear for well lit rooms)
  • Projector screen (75-90 inch tripod white screen)
  • Wireless Slide Advancer (Powerpoint wireless remote)
  • Powered Speaker (300+watt professional speaker on stand)
  • Lavalier wireless clip-on microphone (Ex. Shure or Sennheiser type brands)
  • Handheld wireless microphone (Ex. Shure or Sennheiser type brands)

Additional equipment may be requested. Suppliers are not required to have all types of equipment. We assign engagement based on suppliers inventory. If you only have audio equipment, you're still eligible to join the AVN Network.
